Hanwha Ocean and GCMD sign a strategic partnership agreement in Seoul

The Global Centre for Maritime Decarbonisation and Hanwha Ocean have announced a five-year strategic partnership to advance decarbonisation in the maritime sector.

This collaboration will focus on alternative low- and zero-carbon fuels, energy efficiency technologies and onboard carbon capture systems.

It is the first time GCMD has partnered with a South Korean shipbuilding firm, extending the company’s reach in the region.
