Wärtsilä joins TwinShip data project

Wärtsilä has announced its role in the ‘TwinShip’ project, a new initiative aimed at enhancing data access to support smarter shipping decisions for decarbonising fleet operations

Sponsored by the European Union, the project will run from 2025 to 2028 and involves a consortium of over a dozen partners, including technology providers, ship design firms, classification societies and academic institutions.
