Simulation demonstrates potential of 8-stroke engine
Researchers from the Center for Mechanical and Aerospace Science and Technologies (C-MAST) in Portugal have presented a simulation study in Energy Reports on the reduced heat loss that can be achieved from an 8-stroke engine based on for an Otto cycle 4-stroke concept.
