IBIA appoints Hughes as IMO Representative
Dr Edmund Hughes has been appointed as the permanent representative of bunker representative association IBIA at the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Dr Hughes will take up the role on 1 September 2023.
Dr Hughes brings first hand experience of working within the IMO and exceptional knowledge of maritime policy, primarily focused on controlling ship emissions, to the role.
