Baosteel, CSSC to set up shipbuilding jv

China's Baosteel Group Corp and China State Shipbuilding Corp (CSSC) signed an agreement to invest more than 10 bln yuan in a civilian shipbuilding joint venture, the official Xinhua News Agency reported.
