Successful K Line biodiesel trial

K Line Port Service Co. has completed a successful test voyage using next-generation biodiesel fuel on a tugboat.

On 10 May the tugboat Aihomaru completed its voyage in Nagoya Port in Japan using fuel made from waste cooking oil supplied by Toyotsu Energy Corporation. The fuel was bunkered ship-to-ship.
