CMA CGM acquires Delmas
Leading French carrier CMA CGM has completed the $600 million acquisition of Delmas, previously 100% held by the Bollore Group. Through this transaction, CMA CGM has acquired the Delmas, Otal, Setramar brands, a 50% share in SudCargos, and Delmas' vessels, containers and headquarters in Le Havre.
