Dual-fuel newbuilds offer lifetime GHG emission savings over DF conversions: ABS
A first of its kind ABS study, based on Avance Gas Holding Ltd. vessel data, has found that a newbuild, dual-fuel gas carrier would generate lower CO2 emissions over the course of its operational life than an existing gas carrier converted to dual-fuel operations.
