DNV: competition for alt fuel to pose challenge in key decade
DNV has identified carbon-neutral fuel supply constraints as a key challenge for the maritime sector, as the sector is likely to encounter tough competition for greener fuels from other sectors. As a result, the new 2030 maritime emission targets hang in the balance, according to the latest edition of DNV‘s Maritime Forecast to 2050.
