ITT to acquire Svanehøj
US manufacturing company ITT is to acquire privately held Svanehøj Group for around US$395 million (€370 million)
The deal, which is expected to close early next year, will bring Svanehøj into ITT’s industrial processes segment which focuses on pumps, valves and aftermarket.
