Kongsberg acquires GeoAcoustics
Kongsberg Maritime in Norway has signed an agreement to acquire the UK-based sonar company GeoAcoustics Ltd for approximately NKr 42 million. The acquisition of the Great Yarmouth-based company will enhance Kongsberg Maritime's market position, as GeoAcoustics' products will complement Kongsberg's product portfolio.
