Wärtsilä to supply FGSS for new LNG dual-fuel boxships
Wärtsilä is to supply the LNG fuel gas supply system (FGSS) for four new dual-fuel 23,000 teu container ships.
The 23,000 teu vessels are being built for CMA CGM at the Hudong Zhonghua Shipyard in China. The Wärtsilä equipment is scheduled for delivery to the yard in early 2024. The first two vessels are expected to be delivered in Q4 2025, and the remaining two vessels during the second half of 2026.
