MaK propulsion for Carnival LNG newbuilds

Caterpillar will provide 12-cylinder versions of its dual-fuel Mak 43 DF to four of Carnival's LNG-fuelled cruiseships

Carnival Corporation’s first four LNG-powered newbuilds to be built by Meyer Werft in Papenburg and Turku will be powered by Caterpillar Marine’s dual-fuel MaK 16 M 46 DF engines.
