Navtor to merge with Voyager as digitalisation supplier consolidation continues

Navtor and Voyager Worldwide have announced plans to merge in the latest consolidation in the maritime digitalisation market. The transaction is expected to close by December 2023, and will create a business supplying solutions to 18,000 vessels operating around the world.

Navtor supplies e-Navigation and performance monitoring and management solutions, which are expected to complement Voyager Worldwide’s portfolio of e-Navigation, vessel management, and charts and publications tools. The combined business will boast an extensive network of global offices and representatives catering to all of shipping’s key markets. 

Both businesses will continue to operate business-as-usual and clients can expect the continued support on solutions and services offerings, including the delivery of its contractual obligations.
