Here at Vickers Oils we are continuously taking steps to change our packaging to be made from more sustainable materials.
We are proud to announce that our BIOGREASE EP0 and EP2 grease pails now contain 75% recycled material.
What did we change?
We changed to grey plastic pails for our BIOGREASE EP0 & EP2 grease in April 2023. These are made from 75% Post Consumer Recycled Material (PCR). PCR is an environmentally-friendly packaging option that is made from waste products. This move was to support our sustainability goals as a business.
It also assisted us in meeting the Ecolabel certification standards.
This label is a mark of green excellence and professional discipline thanks to strict criteria developed by the European Commission and Member States with industry, consumer organisations and environmental NGOs.
