New shipyard to be built in Vladivostok

Russia's United Shipbuilding Corporation and Chinese shipbuilder Yantai Raffles have signed a joint venture agreement to build a large shipyard in Vladivostok, on Russia's Pacific coast, at a cost of $200m.
