Odense Steel Shipyard sells Lithuanian subsidiaries

Odense Steel Shipyard in Denmark has entered into an agreement on the sale of its Lithuanian subsidiaries, AB “Baltijos” LAIVU STATYKLA and UAB “Baltic Engineering Centre” (Baltija Shipyard and BEC), to BLRT Grupp AS.
