TMC wins HHI LNG carrier deal
Four new LNG carriers will be equipped with HHI air lubrication systems supported by TMC compressors featuring frequency-controlled technology
TMC Compressors (TMC) has won a deal with Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) to equip four LNG carriers with marine air lubrication system compressors.
TMC’s compressors use frequency-controlled technology which means the speed of the motor adjusts to produce the exact air volume necessary to meet consumption, reducing power need even further.
