LR updates EU ETS guidance
LR has updated its guidance for ship owners following the publication of the revised ETS directive and MRV regulation
The European Commission has finalised revisions to Directive EU 2023/959 and Regulation EU 2023/957) and in response LR has issued Class News 14/2023 updating its earlier Class News 07/2023.
In total, eight implementing and delegated acts are expected to be published from October 2023, supporting the ETS Directive and MRV Regulation.
