Sembcorp takes over Texan yard

Singapore-based oil-rig builder SembCorp Marine has acquired a Texas-based shipyard from its subsidiary, PPL Shipyard. SembMarine paid $4 million for Sabine Industries, which will be renamed SembCorp-Sabine Industries.
