ST Marine to build two tugs for OSG

The Singapore-based ST Marine announced that its US shipyard, VT Halter Marine, has signed a contract with subsidiaries of Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG) to build two 8,000bhp ATB tugs worth over $21 million. ST Marine is a subsidiary of ST Engineering.
