UK to approve CVFs next week

The long-awaited UK government announcement giving the go-ahead for the construction of two CVFs, the new future aircraft carriers for the Royal Navy, is expected before the end of next week. Ministers hope to approve the £3.5 billion project before Parliament breaks for its summer recess next Thursday.
