Short sea shipper expands fleet
European short sea shipper, Wilson, has inked a major deal for the construction of eight future-proofed 6,300 dwt newbuildings
Wilson says the vessels will have a focus on sustainability, flexibility and efficiency and will help the company meet its environmental targets.
The order follows the earlier announcement in June 2023 of six new 3,800 dwt vessels.
