VAT Information
All delegate registration fees are subject to German VAT at 19%.
Delegate VAT
The delegate registration fee is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by the laws and regulations of the EU and its Member States. Both taxable and non-taxable persons, regardless of their nationality, are subject to German VAT at 19%.
Recovering Delegate VAT
You may be able to recover the VAT. EU VAT-registered businesses can reclaim the VAT through their local tax authority, in the first instance, who will pass the claim on to Germany. Non-EU businesses can also reclaim the tax by applying directly to the tax authorities in Germany. There are various conditions and thresholds in place and we cannot provide advice.
